  1. General Provisions

    1.1 These rules (the "Rules") of the purchase is a legally binding document that establishes the buyer (“Buyer”) and seller (“Seller”) are the rights, duties and responsibilities of the goods Buyer purchase on https://shop.euroimpex.lt online shop (“e-shop”).

    1.2. Buyer, by placing an order is deemed to accept the rules described in the purchase and in accordance with the first Second above shall be entitled to purchase goods online store.

    1.3. The agreement between the Buyer and the seller may be concluded from the moment the Buyer e-shop formed a shopping cart, specified delivery address, select payment method and familiar with the rules of Seller, click on "Confirm Order".


  1. Privacy policy

    2.1. When ordering goods onhttps://shop.euroimpex.lt, the Buyer must submit the required registration information: name, address, phone number and e-mail address. This data is used only for execution of orders and solving problems, if any arisies, with delivery of orders.

    2.2. The Buyer is responsible for the fair presentation of the data at the time of registration.

    2.3. By ordering, the Buyer agrees to submit the personal data to process the order. The Buyer also agrees that the Buyer's e-mail address and/or phone number to be sent to the communications necessary to order the goods meet.

    2.4. Buyer's personal data may be processed for marketing purposes only if the customer agrees with it, when filling in the registration form.

    2.5. The Buyer, by registering in shop and ordering goods, is responsible not to disclose his account credentials on https://shop.euroimpex.lt to thirty parties.

    2.6. Seller agrees to keep the Buyer's personal data safely and don’t disclose them to thirty parties except when it is required by the competent authority of the State Ministry of cases provided by law or by a separate written consent of the Buyer.


  1. Buyers rights and obligations

    3.1. The Buyer undertakes to pay the agreed price for Seller and accept shipping of the ordered goods.

    3.2. Full and correct information should be provided when filling registration form. If data is inconsistent, or fake, https://shop.euroimpex.lt has right to remove Buyers account.

    3.2. If the Buyer’s personal data, provided in the registration form, has been changed, the Buyer is obligated to update data immediately.

    3.3. The Buyer has the right to refuse the purchase - sale agreement according to the conditions defined in the paragraph 8 of these Rules.

    3.4. Buyer, by placing an order on https://shop.euroimpex.lt/ agrees with the the Rules and undertakes to comply with them with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.


  1. Sellers rights and obligations

    4.1. Seller agrees to allow full access to the https://shop.euroimpex.lt online shopping services.

    4.2. If the Buyer is trying to undermine the stability of the work of e-shop and security or in breach of its obligations, the seller has the right to and to restrict, suspend or revoke the Buyer the opportunity to buy immediately without any notice.

    4.3. Seller agrees to respect the privacy of the Buyer of his personal data provided in the registration form, and don’t dispose it to third parties.

    4.4. Seller agrees to deliver goods ordered by the Buyer at the address indicated.

    4.5. Seller, due unexpected conditions, can temporary or fully stop activity of https://shop.euroimpex.lt without prompting the Buyer in advance.

    4.6. The Seller can unilaterally change these Rules anytime.

    4.7. If the Buyer does not uses https://shop.euroimpex.lt for a long time, his account can be deleted.

    4.8. If the Buyer, after these Rules were changed, is still using services of the https://shop.euroimpex.lt, it is considered, that the Buyer agreed with changes of the Rules.


  1. Purchase Order, prices, payment arrangements and terms

    5.1. Customers can purchase 7 days a week, 24 hours, daily.

    5.2. Orders can be placed using https://shop.euroimpex.lt e-shop only.

    5.4. All prices in the e-shop are provided in Lithuanian (EUR), including VAT, and other currency, including VAT.

    5.4. Buyer can pay for goods via:

    5.4.1. using own online banking system. When buyer transfers funds directly tohttps://shop.euroimpex.lt settlement accounts.

    5.4.2. using services of payment broker www.mokejimai.lt, bank transfer, paypal and braintree

    5.5. The Buyer undertakes to pay the order within 2 days from the date of order confirmation. The order is arranged only upon receipt confirmation by bank

    5.6. If the payment is not made within 2 days, the order is cancelled.


  1. Shipping

    6.1. Buyer chooses undertakes to provide the exact place of delivery.

    6.2. The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods by himself. In the case when Buyer cannot accept goods, and goods delivered to the provided address, the Buyer has no right to make claims regarding delivery.

    6.3. Seller delivers goods by Lithuanian post, DPD, DHL, TNT.

    6.4. Goods are on next business day after confirmation of payment.

    6.5 All goods are shipped by registered mail.

    6.6 The goods in Lithuania are delivered within 1-5 business days, to other country 1-60 business days

    6.7 In all cases, the seller is released from liability for breach of terms of delivery if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or not delivered on time due to the fault of the Buyer or for circumstances beyond the Seller.

    6.8. Buyer must notify the Seller immediately if the parcel is damaged, if received wrong (unordered) goods, the quantity of goods is not correct, or set of goods is not incomplete.

    6.9. Buyer must send a photo of damaged parcel or(and) goods for Seller by e-mail.

    6.10 If parcel is returned to Seller due incorrectly provided address, or if a parcel is returned to a Seller from post terminal after passing a maximum storage time in terminal, Buyer must to pay to Seller for reshipping. In case, if a parcel is returned from post terminal, after maximum storage time had passed, a Buyer must cover returning expenses for a Seller. In this case, if Buyer wishes to cancel order, shipping costs are not refundable.


  1. Product quality, warranty

    7.1. All description and concrete data of goods selling on https://shop.euroimpex.lt a provided in the description of each item.

    7.2. On the pictures there can be displayed more goods, than a price of one piece is. A quantity and price of one (or several) piece is defined in its description. The color of goods displayed in pictures can be slightly different, because of display equipment, used by Buyer.

    7.3. Seller for individual types of goods can provide different warranty, the specific terms and other conditions are specified in the description of goods.


  1. Returns and exchange

    8.1. The return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania dated June 29, 2001, “On the Approval of Rules for the Return and Exchange of Items.”

    8.2. The Buyer must send returned goods by registered mail. The tracking number of the registered shipment must be provided to the Seller no later than 24 hours after dispatch.

    8.3. The Buyer shall cover the return shipping costs for quality goods that are being returned or exchanged.

    8.4. To return item(s), the Buyer may do so within 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery, by notifying the Seller via email, attaching photos or videos of the product and/or package describing the issue, and completing the special “Return” form available on the website.

    8.5. Returned goods must be in their original, undamaged packaging, unused, in the same condition and complete set as received, and must not have lost their commercial appearance (labels intact, protective films not removed, etc.). When returning goods, the Buyer must provide a printed proof of purchase (order confirmation or payment receipt).

    8.6. When returning a quality product, only the amount paid for the product itself will be refunded. Shipping costs are not refunded.

    8.7. If the Buyer receives the wrong item, the Seller undertakes to replace it with the correct item. If the correct item is unavailable, the Buyer will receive a full refund.

    8.8. If a defective product is returned, the Seller undertakes to replace it with an identical product or refund the Buyer.

    8.9. To return defective item(s), the Buyer may do so within 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery, by notifying the Seller via email, attaching photos or videos of the defective product and/or package describing the issue, and completing the special “Return” form on the website.

    8.10. Returned defective goods must be in their original, undamaged packaging, unused, in the same condition and complete set as received, and must not have lost their commercial appearance (labels intact, protective films not removed, etc.). A printed proof of purchase must be provided.

    8.11. The Seller has the right to refuse to accept returned goods if the Buyer fails to follow the return procedure described in Clauses 8.4–8.5 and 8.9–8.10 of these Terms.

    8.12. If the Buyer returns a product purchased at a discount, the refunded amount will be the amount actually paid for the product, including the applied discount.


  1. Marketing and information

    9.1. Seller on the e-shop https://shop.euroimpex.lt can organize a range of promotions and special offers.

    9.2. Seller has the right, without prior notice, change the terms of the promotions, as well as remove them. Conditions of changes are coming into force at the moment the change was made.

    9.3. Seller sends messages to the Buyer by email, provided in Registration Form.

    9.4. Buyer all reports and questions sends to the Seller. Using contacts and forms provided in form "Contacts".

    9.5. Seller is not responsible if the Buyer does not receive the any information or confirmation e-mails due limited connection to the Internet, e-mail service providers, network problems, or due messages are marked as SPAM, or if the Buyer had provided an incorrect data.

    9.6. Buyer's personal data may be processed for marketing purposes only if the customer agrees with it as stated in paragraph 2.4 of these Rules.


  1. Final provisions

    10.1. These Rules have been defined in accordance with the valid laws and regulations of Republic of Lithuania.

    10.2. Any controversy comes on the enforcement of these rules shall be settled by negotiation. Failing agreement, the disagreements are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
