Returns-Guarantees

Goods are subject to a 30 days period.

Warranty valid for the product is indicated on the date of purchase

If the item is proven to be inadequate for use not by your fault before the end of the warranty period, it is replaced by a new one, amended or you will get your money back. Unbreak and unused goods (in original undamaged packages) we will take back or change to other goods if you will present the documents that confirm the purchase. Goods are accepted in stores or by specifying the reason for return, can be sent via courier services. In this case, all shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Some electrical and electronic products are not changeable and will not be accepted back. UAB Euro Impex Utena is not responsible if the image seen in the online store is different from the received one by its colour, shape, size imaginable, properties of your used display.

8. Returns and exchange. - Quotes from "Terms and Conditions"

8.1. Products are returned in accordance with the legislation of Minister of Economy in 2001. June 29. Order No. 217 on the rules of return and exchange rules.
8.2. Buyers should ship returned goods by registered delivery only. The registration number of the parcel should be provided to the Seller within 24 hours after delivery.
8.3. When returning goods of good quality, Buyer pays postage expenses.
8.4. In order to return the item (s), the Buyer can do this within 30 days from the date of delivery to the Buyer.  The Seller must be notified by e-mail, providing description of a problem, also providing photos or video and filling a special return form “Product Returns”.
8.5. The returning goods must be in its original packaging, undamaged, unused, in the same complement, which was delivered to the Buyer. Labels and security pellicles, etc. should be remained on the goods. The purchase document in paper form (printed) should be attached to the parcel.
8.6 When returning goods of good quality, amount for the goods only is refunded. Shipping costs are not refundable.
8.7 When wrong (shipped by Seller by mistake) goods are received, Seller replaces goods to correct ones. If they are not available, Buyer receives a full refund (refund for goods and actual shipping expenses).
8.8 When defective or faulty goods are received, Seller replaces goods, if they are  available, or sends a refund to the Buyer.
8.9. In order to return defective or faulty goods, Buyer can do this within 30 days from the date of delivery to the Buyer.  The Seller must be notified by e-mail, providing description of a problem, also providing photos or video and filling a special return form “Product Returns”.
8.10. The returning goods must be in its original packaging, undamaged, unused, in the same complement, which was delivered to the Buyer. Labels and security pellicles, etc. should be remained on the goods. The purchase document in paper form (printed) should be attached to the parcel.
8.11. The Seller has the right not to accept returned goods if the Buyer fails to comply with paragraphs 8.4-8.5, 8.9-8.10 of these Rules.
8.12. If the Buyer returns goods purchased with discount, the amount paid with discount is refunded.
